  • In cases of severe weather or unsafe conditions, the operator reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the tour.

  • If the tour is cancelled by the operator due to weather, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.


Health & Safety Policy

  • Guests should be in good health and able to participate in moderate walking activities.

  • Participants are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or mobility limitations prior to the tour.

  • The operator reserves the right to refuse participation if a guest’s condition poses a safety risk.

  • No refunds will be issued for early departure or non-participation due to health-related reasons.


Force Majeure

  • The operator shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or modifications caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, strikes, civil unrest, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, or road closures.

  • In such cases, the operator may offer a rescheduled date, alternative experience, or credit, subject to availability. Refunds are not guaranteed under force majeure conditions.

  • The itinerary may be adjusted due to traffic, weather, or operational requirements.

  • The operator is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

  • By booking this tour, guests confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled tour start time are eligible for a refund minus a 30% administrative fee.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled departure time, late cancellations, or no-shows are non-refundable.

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted through the Rezgo booking system or in writing.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to payment provider processing times.
